I have ordered zinnia and sunflower seeds from them for years , they do take some time to ship not the fastest but seeds have always sprouted .

My AC unit takes an off size filter that can not be found in any store , this is my third order of filters from them and happy with the company .

Do not wait till last minute to order as shipping time is roughly a week but again my filters are custom size so they make them .

As someone pointed out they ship bit slow but for most part I can garden all year long as in Florida so due only to slow shipping I give only 4 stars however the different types of flower seeds I have purchased from them in bulk have grown great.

So several years of buying .

A manager I know in a popular chain store which carries these cards wants the corporation to stop selling them and she has echoed your comment.

In my area the delivery people are great but the company itself has become ZERO customer service as a never ending automated '' chat '' , a labyrinth with no end in sight and no direct email to get a direct answer about anything .

So more are just going someplace else .

I have had a lot of luck buying via ebay , every purchase went smoothly but ebay has zero customer service and impossible to email to get an answer on anything .

They tell you to post in their forum where you do not get an answer . I prefer to email a question and get an actual reply .

So for me buying has been good on ebay but zero customer service so if you have an issue or question it is a maze but no human to answer your question.

It was not like this years ago.

Have ordered from them several times and always great as far as shipping , boxing and honest company .

I always pay little extra for UPS and they follow shipping directions , supplements are very good , just a good company in my experience .

I have ordered several times from this place and great place to order from add to that their own brand fish food has been outstanding.

Do not buy and give for online buying as good luck finding anyone who accepts these cards .

We got them for free at work as a gift but ebay and 6 other private company vendors I tried would not accept this card .

I called customer service and the balance is good but the man told me lots of vendors simply do not accept American Express Gift Cards .

I was able to use it in person at a local store but everyone at work has said same as far as useless for any online buy as close to no one accepts this card.

This review is for the prepaid Gift card .

My card was also purchased at CVS but as you know not CVS fault that the card had missing numbers .
I did email CVS as far as they need to stop selling those cards or at minimum put a serious notice sign that the cards are full of problems .

I also emailed State Attorney to consider banning these cards are they are full of problems , simply research them and should be categorized as White collar crime .

We '' upgraded '' to fiber optic as had no choice .

Putting aside we do not find it faster , they had to drill another hole in the wall , hook up a box and run the line .
Line was FINALLY buried 2 weeks after calling every 4 days to inquire and being given case numbers which did not resolve a thing .

We also disconnected / got rid of an extra phone number we have which stopped using and this was another typical ATT run around and any way they can charge you .

You call , you wait then they connect you to one person after another .

Way to many people .

My wife for now wants to stay with them but this is nowhere near the company it was 10 years ago and I am asking friends what they use and are they happy with it.

I would no longer recommend ATT .

When you have a problem contact store corporate headquarters you bought your card at and State Attorney General as these cards are so loaded with problems , company simply stealing with impunity that they should no longer be sold .

At minimum a huge warning .

Years ago they were not bad gift cards at all to give or when you bought from a company you did not know thus did not want to use your own credit card but in last few years they are rip off after rip off with a customer service not interested in doing a thing , at least this has been my experience so stopped using them.

I have only purchased seeds from this company NOT bulbs thus can only comment on seeds .

Be it zinnia , sunflower , marigold and assorted vegetable seeds they have done incredibly well .

The place I would order fresh water fish now and then I stopped using because they went down hill and tried this place a few months ago for some different little fish like gobies .

Loved this place , the fish and their packaging / shipping was great .

The gobies are outstanding .

Was going to order again today but two of the small type cat fish I wanted are out of stock so will wait .

I do commend them for being honest and listing what is currently in stock .

They were the best when owned by Dr Foster and Smith which was few years back and now they are substandard at best .

I think now owned by PETCO but either way will not order again .

I purchased 2 pictus geckos from them in person a few months ago and both M / F very healthy and great looking .

Again this was an in person buying at store experience .

I like the gyms , I have a lime card so go to two of the gyms due to different machines since I only use machines .

I go work out and leave .

Some seem to be looking for ridiculous things from gyms . I just go to work out 3x a week and that is it .

I am not interested in anything else but work out type machines .

As a friend of my daughters who is a lawyer put it '' This is a predatory company that should not be allowed to sell these cards , the cards are full of problems from some having the numbers scratched off to simply not working with the worse customer service there is , the objective seems to be to rob a substantial amount of those who buy the cards '' .

Btw , if you have been a victim of this company which I was for 100 dollars please file a complaint with your state Attorney General’s Office or nothing is going to change .

I am adding this as read some of you asking if there is a law suit .

Vanilla Visa was sued in Class Action law suit in Canada , think they had to pay close to 20 million .

Does not look like anything here i the USA yet as far as suing the company which puts out Vanilla Visa directly , only suing Walmart .

My card came from Walgreens .
