truly unbelievable. even stoneage must have had smart cavepeople.
(I used to suffer Verizon service because the coverage was so good. I'm done with that.)
trying to get apple watch onto existing account & # I've had for decades. s/w on My Verizon app did not work given 4 tries and ZERO REASON GIVEN. just did not work. Now i've been on "chat" (more like "wait30X then type1X, repeat") for I have no idea how long: BEST PART: I'm with 4th person!!!
and they just said it can't be done.
VERIZON HAS TAKEN HOURS OF MY TIME TO TELL THEY CAN'T DO IT!!!!!! )
then I call apple and have an entire conversation between waits on the "chat" line.
then send me to an Apple support link I've been doing all afternoon.
I must be 4+ hours into this, because Verizon is so bad. I'm still trying to do this but will stop writing.
OK now I'm talking live to smart fluent-speaking person DANNY to clarify all of above and it was NOT a technical issue but the people were so ILL trained and so non-fluent and dealing w/ so MANY threads. spoke with DANNY for ~10m and got it fixed.
And verizon said earlier it respect my time. utterly dishonest.
