Brilliant customer service,they replied straight away, and helped me with my enquiry.
I like their products,but haven't been able to get them shipped to my location. Luckily now I can.

Too expensive

Yes the app is user friendly, but way too expensive.
And then they offered you 80% off when you cancel it.
Why not just make it affordable to begin with, and then people wouldn't cancel it.
And maybe it would also be a good idea to send out notifications before you take the money out of people's accounts.
Just to make sure they what to carry on with the app.

Deshedding kit, it a Game Changer

Brilliant service, fast delivery.
The descending kit,is for me personally it's an absolute game changer, and I can't recommend it enough.
And the collar doesn't just look good, but its also amazing quality aswell. I only bought the collar just to try it out, but I'm now going to buy the who set.
