I have submitted return requests. 4 times and it didn’t work out and now I am stuck with 800 AED (250$) jeans who doesn’t fit me. Worst service ever

I bought 2 tickets to Amr Diab concert on 15th of Jan 2022 from viagogo And to our surprise we were denied entrance to the concert despite the fact that we already over paid and the ticket price in the official website is much lower than what we paid. Total scam and I want a refund!!!
