I recently ordered a birthday item for my brother in law. Unfortunately I gave wrong address for delivery. When post office were unable to deliver I contacted blue whale by telephone. They answered immediately & assured me they would resend the item to the correct address which they did very quickly.
They were so helpful which I so appreciated and I would highly recommend their service and kindness.

Sean O was extremely helpful when I called with my first reading since readings were taken direct from smart meter. Excellent customer service thank you.
