NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. THE INSURANCE IS A RIP OFF. IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY AND PAY MORE THAN YOURE ALREADY PAYING, GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

The campervan was dirty, badly equipped, old dirty blanket and pillow. cutlery was like for children, 2 small plates and a coffee pot. Terrible smell of sewage the whole stay. A hosepipe that was unusable. The camera that was installed for reversing was useless at night as you couldn't see anything causing me to scratch the van. The passenger side door didn't lock. There was a constant warning that the back door was open then we had a warning on the dash board saying that the brake pads were needing changed. Then the boxes underneath the van dropped down as the support broke. All this caused so much stress we came home early by 5 days. No refund, no apology, instead we got a 1,800€ bill for the damages. Also telling us the insurance doesn't cover it when it does as the deductible is 1,500€. I've asked for proof that we damaged the water boxes but they didn't provide anything. They kept my 800€ deposit and are asking me for the 1,000€ extra. It has caused myself and my partner huge anxiety. With the money we've spent could have went to Thailand for 2 weeks to a 5 star resort. Worst experience ever!
