If you have problems you are on your own

I'm an online seller and send hundreds of parcels every month. I use royal mail and happy with the service but it is a bit pricey so i wanted to try evri because it is a bit cheaper. I sent 6 parcels in the weekend. I had problems with 2 of them so i tried to contact them but oh boy THEY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wasted 2 whole day to contact them. there is no way to bypass dumb AI to discuss the problems.
As a seller i will never use them again.

Update after a reply from evri:
Hi louis, i don't know if you ever had to call that number but i have called that number countless times never ever did it ask me to leave a voice message! It just reads some useless recorded messages and then asks to evaluate the "service"

Update again: this very same day third customer just got in touch requesting refund because her order is smashed to bits! I really can't believe this.
