Placed an order 3rd Jan 2022. No update on order. Still not arrived. Phone number is unobtainable (check for yourself), no response by email or live chat initially. Have now received a live chat update but phone no. still doesn't work. I'm awaiting delivery in the next few days so will update if things change! Poor service so far!

So, as expected, no update on delivery, phone still not connecting, don't respond to emails or chat on website.
After a few days of trying, I finally got a response and the customer service person chased up the order. I finally received it, but was very unhappy with the quality of the frames.
I complained and the team did help to resolve my issue quickly in fairness and apologised for the poor customer service previously. I have therefore amended my rating, but certainly would not recommend to purchase from this company.
