Used for years; slow at times for refund, but eventually goes through

Been using Rebaid for years, and despite slow processing times for receiving refunds (sometimes closer to a month for direct deposit to hit accounts despite it saying it should be within a week) it has been a wonderful site to get good deals. They seem to be making some UI enhancements to make it a little more user friendly as well, and hope they continue to make it better. They did offer an extra $10 bonus for leaving this review as well (but no pressure to leave any specific number of stars or anything).

Great when it works, not so much when the payments are missing and no support

I have been using Rebaid since 2020, and overall HAD loved the experience. My only issue is I made the error of trusting the website too much and didn't track the rebate payments closely. I saw a few reviews on here noting missing payments so decided to verify I had received the recent payments that were supposed to be sent from the rebates. Most of them hit my bank account, but a few did not. You also can't see your entire transaction history, so there is no way to know if there are more or not. I contacted support over 1.5 months ago, and I still have yet to receive any response from them - despite trying to follow-up multiple times. Rebaid is a fantastic site when it works, but after getting burned on a few things not paying out when they said it should and then not getting any follow-ups support, I'm starting to lose faith in the company. Proceed with caution is the best I can say at this point.

I wrote a negative review on trustpilot, a year later they try and take it down.

I wrote a negative review on trustpilot based off my experience (poor customer support and misleading promotions). It was posted for over a year, then Nexo started replying to it a year later acknowledging the situation. Few days later, I get an email from trustpilot saying Nexo flagged my review as inauthentic. Keep in mind this is a year after the review was posted, and after they even acknowledge I was a customer in their response.

They are trying to just remove any negative reviews hoping people won’t respond and keep their review posted, which is a show of poor ethics. Not a company I would want to support or trust.

Customer Service hasn't replied in over a month with tickets or email, but after leaving a negative review last month they replied here in one day and still haven't answered their actual tickets.

I left a review on TrustPilot back in mid-January for Nexo based on poor customer service and unclear marketing policies on their end after I originally reached out to Nexo customer service in December 2021. They replied to my review on Trustpilot within only one day acknowledging that they were looking into the issue and would get back to me. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing from Nexo whatsoever. I have emailed customer support two additional times and opened another ticket on the website in January - all to no response. My original ticket was submitted in late December after Nexo failed to honor their own promotion where topping up your account with $100 of crypto would earn a $25 BTC bonus.

Nexo has unclear marketing practices, extremely poor customer service, and appear to care more about their reviews listed here rather than actually providing real customer support. I urge everyone to reconsider if they ever want to get any type of support for any issues they may have.

Edit: Following up on Nexo's reply, they keep linking back to their referral rewards which was not the same as their top up promotion they had. Finally, as noted in this review, again I received a reply on Trustpilot within 24 hours, but no reply whatsoever from support. Withdrawing everything today. Wish I would have never joined Nexo.

Terrible Customer Service, Misleading Promotions

I signed up for NEXO given they had the promotion where if you top up $100 of crypto, you would earn a $25 BTC bonus. I deposited over $100 of LTC, but given the recent market my deposit dipped below $100. Because of this, NEXO claims that I am not eligible for the BTC bonus. The website did not specifically say your value had to be above $100 as of a certain date, it only said you needed to "top up" your balance which is what I did.

As a larger slap, the support said you didn't get it, but why don't you refer more people and then you can earn it again. I have a hard time justifying referring anyone to here given how poor the customer support is and how misleading their promotions are.

I tried emailing customer support two different times over the past few weeks to inquire about the bonus, but NEXO has not responded to any of my emails. Good thing it wasn't a serious issue (account lockout, etc.), because they are NOT timely or responsive. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a crypto custodian.
