Terrible Customer Service, Misleading Promotions

I signed up for NEXO given they had the promotion where if you top up $100 of crypto, you would earn a $25 BTC bonus. I deposited over $100 of LTC, but given the recent market my deposit dipped below $100. Because of this, NEXO claims that I am not eligible for the BTC bonus. The website did not specifically say your value had to be above $100 as of a certain date, it only said you needed to "top up" your balance which is what I did.

As a larger slap, the support said you didn't get it, but why don't you refer more people and then you can earn it again. I have a hard time justifying referring anyone to here given how poor the customer support is and how misleading their promotions are.

I tried emailing customer support two different times over the past few weeks to inquire about the bonus, but NEXO has not responded to any of my emails. Good thing it wasn't a serious issue (account lockout, etc.), because they are NOT timely or responsive. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a crypto custodian.
