Efficient friendly and helpful response from Kate regarding queries I had after placing my order. Have only just placed the order so haven't received it yet, but the response to settle my mind out of hours on a Friday evening has put my mind at rest for the weekend 😊

The design tools on the site were fabulous, the versatility of the calendar options I was creating were so bespoke, the end product was fabulous, turnaround so quick so close to Christmas, unfortunately out of the 7 calendars I ordered 2 of them were of a totally different family, it was too late to do anything about it so a couple of our friends went without gifts, but I haven’t actually chased it up yet so hopefully we will be able to get the replacements and give belated gifts! Someone out there must have a couple of calendars of my daughters first year 🙈🙈🙈
