Been ordering from these guys a while. Had an order that was a little late so gave them a quick call. Michaela was friendly and incredibly helpful. Running a small business myself which tries out best to offer great customer service it's frustrating how unhelpful and unfriendly most companies are, so it was a pleasure dealing with Michaela for a change.

I'm disgusted with the service from UPS technical. As a business account holder who has spent a lot of money with them over the years, I'm facing an issue where I can no longer log into my account. Email support claims the issue has been raised but ends with no reply, but over the phone, I'm just told to reset my password and try a different browser—which I've done at least 10 times before even calling. When I explained that this didn't work, I was simply told to create a new account which isn't that straight forward when I have a business account. I've asked for it to be escalated, but they refused and basically been told me tough luck. There's an obvious issue with the system and instead of trying to help they've just lost a customer.

Product was fine but paid for express delivery but was delivered late. Too late to use for an urgent business project causing me to loose out on a large job!
