I would never go near Polycoat again
I would never go near Polycoat again, there sales team and service are just not up to scratch.
Spent thousands on numerous new floors, within 10 days all the floors had discoloured, faded, and blotted in random places and our store was not even open yet, the floors had not even been walked on.
Their response was the water in their mix was either too hard, or too soft. Awful service. Stay well clear and don't listen to all there lies. Find another flooring specialist that know what they're doing. Also, there customer service department are rude.

The discoloration issue you experienced is something that can occasionally happen due to environmental factors like water composition, but we appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were expecting. Since the installation, we did try reaching out to discuss a resolution, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect. We’re still happy to talk if you’d like—our goal is always to find a way forward.
