Spoke to a person before l ordered on line,l had a few questions & she was very helpful so then.l went & ordered it,as soon as it left their warehouse,which was two to three days at most l had my tracking number & l had my spa around two weeks later,delivery guys where good,no problems

That store is gone to hell(this is coming from someone that worked there for over 20 years)I was there about a week ago, help was no where to be found if I needed it,isle 14/16 was blocked of with yellow gates for customers,meaning no customer should be in there but as l walked by there was 5 customers in that isle & ikea no person around,heard inflow supervisor report to that area but no he didn't, watched him walk across the dock( l knew which doors to look at to see the dock)he didn't care as long g as he had a title, tjats what this lkea receiving has become, titles matter,not co workers or customers
