Are you guys exist? Is there any company called as Unieuro? What a stupid service. I called you many times regarding my order and your answer is not stable. Before you called me that you were waiting news from the currier for my order and today you literally said that you were not given it from warehouse to the currier. I am waiting for 2 weeks. What is your problem? I wanted to cancel my order and buy it again from higher price(unfortunately you do not even offer something for me), and you did not even refund it yet. Just send my current order or return it. Is it that much hard? YOU JUST HAVE ONLY ONE THING. I even created customer complaint on you but you do not reply. I wish there was another way to give you the lowest star, because even 1 star is too much high for you. I will give you the lowest comments on every social media account that I find. You are the worst company that ever exist. Just contact me and solve this problem you freaks.

Recentemente ho acquistato un condizionatore da Unieuro, ma è interessante notare che l'altro che ho acquistato dopo il mio primo ordine è già stato consegnato. Questo invece non è ancora stato consegnato. Lo vedo sul corriere, ma non ci sono cambiamenti. Dovrebbe essere consegnato tra il 13 e il 18 giugno. Ora, quando chiamo Unieuro, non fanno nulla. Mi dicono solo di aspettare. Cosa dovrei fare? Fa già molto caldo! Grazie.

Modifica: Non hai fatto nulla finora. Il prezzo del prodotto è già aumentato. Vuoi acquistarne uno nuovo al nuovo prezzo. Non ha alcun senso. Grazie!

I bought a product. However; it was cancelled. From here everything is okay. But I can't see canceled order on my account and I didn't even have an email about that. I wrote the customer service and they told me something about that my refund is confirmed. However there is still no refund on my account! Thankfully you; I can't even buy new phone! Your website and its system is very bad.

Uno dei 2 prodotti che ho restituito allo stesso venditore non è stato restituito per quasi 1 mese. Ho effettuato la procedura di reso presso Amazon Point (un negozio con macchine fotografiche) ma quando invio un'e-mail ad Amazon mi dicono di aspettare. Mi hai rubato i soldi e non mi stai aiutando!
