I called customer support twice today - the first time to switch my existing LBS ISA to a new ISA product and the second time to transfer an ISA from another provider into my LBS ISA - and both times I was fortunate to be put through to Jay Chapman. He was extremely helpful and patient, and answered all my questions clearly. I asked him if there was a way I could share feedback as I wanted to make sure he got credit for his service, so he sent me the link to leave a review here :)

I had a very positive experience with Manheim this morning. Derek called me yesterday to confirm that he would arrive between 10-1pm today and at around 10am he called again to say he was 5 mins away. Shortly later, he pulled up with his colleague, Stan, whom he was training. They were both very courteous and professional and inspected my vehicle thoroughly. Although I was given a £200 bill at the end, this was to be expected given the issues they found, and I can't fault them for anything.

I was recommended Avado by a friend who had changed career into HR (like me) and I am so happy I took her advice because I found the course to be well delivered and the support from Mark, my tutor, was excellent. Thank you so much for helping me achieve my qualification!

Ali helped us with our sofa purchase a few years ago and we were so happy with them that we came back to buy a side table and console to match. Ali was there to help again and we can’t wait for the new furniture to arrive

Ali spent a great deal of time with us in the showroom, helping us choose our perfect sofa. She then visited our home to finalise the products and colours. She provided us with an excellent service and we would recommend her and Natuzzi to anyone looking for new furniture.
