I requested 15 days ago to port my old number. Lebara transfered the number and I received the confirmation email. But my number is not on their system. Consequently, I cannot either transfer my number to another provider or transfer to another Lebara simcart. It was shocking when after more than 20 times calling customer service, they told me we cannot do anything for you and we are sorry. It was shocking and unbelievable!!!! Simply, don't trust Lebara! Go to another provider for sure! Anddear customer service, please don't reply “you can call us on customer service” because you never solved the issue. You have my requests on your system with the same name here. If you want to help, solve the issue and contact me please. It is very fake if you reply here again, “please contact us and we will be happy to help you”!!!!
