Issue with delivery

I ordered an item and a day later got a message that your delivery will be delayed.
I asked for an approximate delivery date and they replied we can not give you a date at this moment!!!! How come??!!
I asked for a compensation in return since it is making inconvenience, and that was also not possible!!
Lets see where does it end up.

Not reliable

Not reliable
I am a tenant at h2s and the whole building has issue with hot water for more than six months.

Their management and behavior is fully unprofessional.

During number transferring, they have LOST MY NUMBER. Unbelievable, right?

I had to change my number from ALL online accounts.
It surprised me how irresponsible they were with their bad service.

SIMPLY JUST DONT GET LEBARA

Not reliable at all.
They lost my phone number during the number transfer and after FOUR WEEKS of waiting they just said: "Sorry, you should get a new number"!!!!!!
UNBELIEVABLE
NOT TRUSTWORTHY
After a long time, still I have many problems because of their mistake!! which also NEVER TOOK THE RESPONSIBILITY
and now someone will copy paste a template message below my comment that sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, you can always call us, etc etc WHICH IS A BIG LIE

THE WORST PROVIDER EVER
I still have problems with that lebara made for me regarding my number transfer.
I bought a simcard and I wanted to transfer my old number.
They did not transfer and after one month that I called and emailed them many times, they said sorry, we don't know how to retrieve your phone number, you need to get a new number.
It made a lot of headache for me even after a year.
LEBARA IS NEITHER PROFFESSIONAL NOR RELIABLE

They are not trustworthy at all

They are not responsible at all for the problem that was their mistake. They are not trustworthy at all. And don't believe their reply that they will post in a few hours that "please contact us and we will be happy to help you"; they never helped me and I contacted them more than 20 times.

I MUST TAKE A NEW NUMBER, because they cannot solve the issue in their system

Very bad quality of cutomer service, and disorganized. Following my previous comments, not only they haven't ported my number, also they say the number is transferred to us but we don't have it in our system. They said "I HAVE TO TAKE A NEW NUMBER" because they cannot solve the issue in their system.

I requested 15 days ago to port my old number. Lebara transfered the number and I received the confirmation email. But my number is not on their system. Consequently, I cannot either transfer my number to another provider or transfer to another Lebara simcart. It was shocking when after more than 20 times calling customer service, they told me we cannot do anything for you and we are sorry. It was shocking and unbelievable!!!! Simply, don't trust Lebara! Go to another provider for sure! Anddear customer service, please don't reply “you can call us on customer service” because you never solved the issue. You have my requests on your system with the same name here. If you want to help, solve the issue and contact me please. It is very fake if you reply here again, “please contact us and we will be happy to help you”!!!!

HOLD ON!

HOLD ON!! If you are transferring your number to Lebara, please think twice!!! I requested for transferring my number from the previous provider, but it has been a week since nothing has been changed. This is because of a problem in their system that my number has been transferred from the previous provider, but it is not in the Lebara system and I cannot activate my Lebara subscription. I am contacting Lebara for a week, but I get controversial answers!!! In summary, I don't recommend Lebara at all (based on my experience so far).
