I ordered a padel racket (£200) and some balls (£3) with postage of £7.95.
I was then emailed saying racket was out of stock. I immediately asked to cancel my order in full but was told it was too late.
I've now being charged £7.95 delivery for some £3 balls.
I've quite reasonably requested to either have the £7.95 postage refunded or to return item for a full refund. But both options have been denied.
Will be returning at my own expense and filing a charge back with card company.
Wrong product twice, no service
I have received the wrong product twice in a row. Despite the promise the return for free, the cost are deducted from the restitution. I cannot reach anybody by phone and I'm not getting replies on my mails.

Not returned deposit of Test racket (DO NOT TEST WITH TENNIS-POINT)
I ordered a test Padel racket, paid the deposit, and I received it in the communicated timeframe. After testing it, I decided I wanted to buy this model. However, this racket was not on stock anymore at Tennis-point.
Therefore, I inquired about the possibility for me to buy the test racket. Tennis-point let me know I could buy (the used) test racket for basically the catalogue price. I politely declined, and returned the test racket.
Now that I returned the test racket, (in perfect condition), tennis-point confirmed the racket was received, but did not pay my deposit of €50 back.
They don't respect you. DO NOT TRY TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM: THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
I have wrote already a review over a fraud that Tennis-Point executed. Since that I try to recover the amount that they got from me. They don't deliver and they don't pay you back. the only respond they give is that nothing but fooling you. They are scammers. They don't respect you. 2 orders, no invoice…
I order twice from them and we want invoices for what we ordered, but they deliver within invoice. We send them emails through ITF and them and they didn't respond to us. We try to call them to the phone contacts and nobody answering or the numbers gave me errors. 😢
Tennis Point is a fraud
Tennis Point is a fraud. I've ordered an item. They sent other, cheaper and did not return the extra pay. It seems that they are in a problem. Email and phone calls did not help.

Terrible customer service
It was terrible. I ordered a racket but the strings were broken. I have absolutely no way to reach their customer service to see how they can help me out find a solution concerning this problem. I tried via phone or email but neither are working. I received an automatic reply that "Unfortunately, we are not directly reachable by email. Please check your inquiry using our interactive help widget. You can find the widget on our homepage by clicking the contact button or in our Help & Service Center in the lower right corner. If you do not find a solution there, please use the contact function provided to submit your request." But when you try these options they redirect you to sending an e-mail.. Make it make sense!
Still No Refund After 2 Months. Unacceptable Service
I placed an order on June 6 with a 2-day delivery window. Two items from the basquet where cancelled and after over 30 days of delay, I had to cancel the order.
It’s now been a full month since cancellation and two months since the original purchase, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Customer service has been unhelpful and keeps sending generic responses (2 weeks after been reached out) without giving any clear timeline for resolution. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had: no transparency, no accountability, and no sense of urgency.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. At this point, I just want my money back.

They never send the shoes and when we complaint the shop said this to us:
"The logistics department has informed us that order xxxxxxxx could not be shipped, which is why the refund was processed."
They charged us 4,95 euros for return cost for something that we never received.
Still waiting for the refund. Is not this a scam?
Tennis point did not deliver after paying
Tennis point did not deliver shoes and I was not able to reach them. No e-mail, no telephone. Inspite of what they say on their website, I can’t even cancel.
So I lost my money, no reactions from tennispoint at all.

I never received any shipping confirmation which was a little strange. Also, no reply when I messaged them asking for an update… BUT suddenly, my purchase arrived today. Perfect condition, decent price. Ordered Wednesday, received following Tuesday.
