I had difficulty getting your on-line application format to accept/load. As happens with many such formats, the algorithm writer thought that he/she had covered all situations - WELL THEY HAD NOT! and foolishly they failed to add the "else"code-option to cover unforeseen situations (like my situation was). In short, you need to add a capability for the application to "accept/load" the document with added information (for human interpretation?) ..... 13/14? Oct/Sep? 25
I found a "work-around" and it worked OK.
I'm unstoppable! Lol! (and a long-time satisfied customer)

The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is that I don't want you to get complacent - Lol!

As I tell anyone who will listen, you guys are the best in the business .. and you probably know that already

You provide lots of good leads and I pick and choose from among them .. doing my own "due diligence".

After about 20 years of very satisfactory Foolishness (US & AU) the only slightly annoying things have been the excess number of e-mails, a bit too much "preaching to the converted" and excessive "marketing".

How about employing a bit of AI [21st Century technology!] to avoid sending some of this excess stuff to long-standing subscribers?

It seems that today, you are about to fix some of these problems with a new format ... good!
I can live with (ignore) the "preaching" and "marketing"

ps. I'm amazed by the number of subscribers who read of your
"buy good stocks/ETFs and hold forever" philosophy, then get upset about short-term results! .... C'est la vie!
I'm down about 11% right now too (quite normal annual volatility) but I'm up nearly 200% over the past 5 years. That secure 3x gain suits me nicely!

pps. I see that the "conspiracy theorists" are out in force among the posters here
Rather a lack of supporting evidence though ... and improbable theories ... as usual!
