I spent ALL DAY trying to get an REO Speedwagon ticket. First. I bought a ticket. It was processed. Then several hours later I received an email saying they had cancelled my order, because that ticket was already sold. Great. Thanks for updating your website. So then I had to call my bank to be sure that I was refunded. They said it had. Proceeded to try again. It triggered a fraud alert. So I called my bank. They said it was not them. It was on Tick picks end. Called them again. 25 minutes phone call. Oh you have to be verified 🙄Wait for an email. Received the email. Had to screw around with creating an account. Jumping through hoops. Copy the numbers game🙄Now submit a photo of your driver's license. I did all of that. Received an email that my information was successfully updated. Tried again. Same error message. Had to call them again. Wait again for 20 some minutes. We are still waiting on the fraud team. Tried again. Same thing. Called again. They've gone home for the day. FUuuuuuuukkk🤬
