Good company, very helpful customer service

The company can respond before sales, and does sell good stuff from reputable makers.
What I will ding them on is that once a sale is made, they don't respond to questions about stuff they sell, almost like they just want to get stuff out the door and that's that.
That's not often that big of a problem, as manufacturers sometimes answer consumer questions, and, really, many retailers, if they responded, would likely just say "ask the manufacturer "

Beautiful pewter, helpful customer service... and beautiful pewter.

Well made, perfectly fitted, excellent customer service. Have owned whites boots for over a decade, now purchased a pair of insulated hunting boots, impressed with their commitment to quality and long term support.

Purchased a very expensive, to me, keyed flute. However, it was extremely poorly finished on the inside, with posts protruding in, and many little still attached plastic bits from the hole drilling.
Some keys are "off center" and require the player to not just release the handle, but press down on the cover/ pad to seal the hole.
Will be sending back for refund.
Was expecting orders of magnitude more for a thousand dollars.
Just ordered an M and E, who has better reviews and apparently made my current, really a joy to play if a little heavy, D flute.

Overpriced junk of a flute, customer service is even worse as they refuse to respond to emails

Terrible customer service, phone tree just kicks a person around, site not working and their bot is infuriating garbage.
Worse, the treadmill worked once and now only the incline raises and lowers without buttons being pushed, and all other buttons don't work.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

They promise to deliver foreign mres, they take your money, but can't import the mres they advertise, us customs turns back the packages or empties them out for regulatory reasons, then the company refuses to communicate or refund. They need a serious shakeup, until they do one, exercise extreme caution when possibly buying from them.
Edit.. even after promising to refund, they never did, and still refuse to return emails.
Exercise caution with this company.

Great service, helpful staff, beautiful knives

Company refuses to communicate about items that get returned or even taken by customs,company cannot or will not deliver purchased products

First, the "support" bots, as we see in protons "responses" to these reviews, are just canned non answers.
Second, they steal your money and lock you out of your email.
Edit: for proof of my first point, the canned non answer, see their "response" which has nothing to do with the problem.
