Review of GOBI Cashmere
Ordered back in November for Black Friday, then they told me only in mid December that the order was lost (after first lying and telling me they were in contact with the courier and it was on its way). From reading the other reviews it seems like a lot of other packages were “lost”, or maybe not even sent out! I sent tons of emails asking for updates, and they FINALLY responded around Christmas saying the package would be even further delayed. It’s been more than a month and at this point I just want my money back. Terrible customer service.
