It is not free even though i was going to spend £1700 pounds on a boiler and boiler products!
At least that's what I got told at your croydon branch.
I needed to pay £15 pounds
because the product wasn't in store for me to collect the same day!!
My choices were coming other day collected ore pay £15 delivery.
I chose to walk away.

You just lost me. I was hapi running my small business with out having to go Bank are keep call you. Through my online an app.
Now that you decided to Stop any software connection with quickbooks saying that if i want to continue should use Xero. I'm forset to switch. I can not just pick up all mi transactions and transfer them around!! QuickBooks works for me i have all invoices and customers in there for easy paperwork with out having to spend lots of hours to switch.
Cheapest option for me to SWITCH YOU. Very disappointed on your decision.

I received an email within A-day of my inquiry asking me to give them review. Yet 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for Information how to solve the problem on one of the product. You can't call technical support because 1st thing they say send us an email. Do you think I'm gonna wait 3 weeks at the customer's house for your email.
I'm seriously considering changing and refusing has a plumber to install the products.

Very disappointed with costumer service at New Malden branch.
I ordered kettle and toaster set and payed at store.
I was given 4 different dates to collect them!! The 3rd attempt to collect i was given the kettle only
( which is the wrong colour) and got told to go in Friday for the toaster. On Sunday 29 Jan i attended to collect the toaster!!
I was told ther isn't a toaster and they can get one for me even though i paid for it on the 15th Jan.
They most continued to sale the stock with out reserving my purchase.
The manager i was unlucky to deal with was ZIA RAJPOOT.
I strongly recommend that this manager sits down and watch your TV advert. Because your stor costumer service is nowhere like that.

I bought a dewalt DCH 273N on amazon.
When you click on the link it clearly shows the drill with the battery on it.
But when it got delivered to me it came without the battery!!
I'll try to contact customer service!

1st and last product I'm buying from them. What a rip off Britain this is.

New Malden branch very disappointed with the service at the customer desk.
I had order a mobile phone. Received the voicemail asking to bring my ID with me and collect it. When I asked the short guy at the till!!
He asked me for my paperwork which is understandable. I replied I do not have it in me. I wasn't asked to bring it in. Only ID. I approached the section of the mobile phone and ask the gentleman there. Which was very helpful. Straight away he asked me for my name and ID. he got the phone out for me!! Why I don't understand is why is the other guy so hard to deal with. When I explained to him I had to walk there I do not have means of transport. Would have been 1-hour and half round trip to go get my paperwork. Very rude very unhelpful.
I would avoid even if I save money I got somewhere else.
Unfortunately I couldn't get his name that's the best prescription I can prescribe him.

Very bad service worst I've ever had.
Order the product emergency work water heat only boiler and paid for a delivery date. To guarantee that I received it on the date. Got told on the day of delivery at 5pm. They don't have it they can't deliver until 14th of January. The customer service team put me through to sales team. To find out if I can purchase another similar boiler to be delivered straight away!!
My conversation with them when no nowhere to the point where the salesman told me (should I build you one). My opinion is. The reviews in here I think they've been manipulated.
I will never use these people again
