This is a family business and the quality of the service reflects the pride they take in their work.
Claire coordinated the initial quote and survey and Matt and Tom did the fitting, they are all a credit to their trade. Our French window has been manufactured and fitted to a very high standard at a reasonable price, which is even more impressive given that the window is in an awkward setting that I thought could be a problem, however, they took the whole job in their stride.
They have also fitted doors and windows all through my daughters house and she is equally delighted.

The SellCar team that we dealt with were excellent, Mark, Kirsty and Angie coordinated the whole process so that it was totally stress free. In addition, it’s a pleasure to deal with people who are very well organised, polite and just nice. Ali who came to inspect and value the car was also a joy to deal with, he was very genial and fair in his valuation, which was slightly lower than the initial quote but that seemed fair enough given the odd chip and small dint, that we hadn’t noticed, but which was obvious enough once he showed it to us. The down payment was in our bank on day one and the car was picked up the next day, with the final payment transferred into our account within 5 minutes. So a good experience.

This is the first review I have ever written, NAC’s service was appalling. You can see why they have, as I write this, 326 reviews that rate them poor or bad. After paying them over £200, we are left with a dishwasher that has the same problem it had before their engineer visited (even though he told us it was fixed before he left, in fact it wasn’t), in addition, it now also has a bent adjustable leg that won’t adjust anymore (which wasn’t mentioned by the engineer when he left) and we have a scratch and chip on the face of the kitchen worktop right above the dishwasher door that wasn’t their before their visit. They say that guarantee their work but they refuse to supply an alternative engineer for the recall visit to check the work done by the first engineer, who we won’t have back. Their customer service has consisted of blank refusals to discuss problems and total contempt for us, the implication being that we are lying about the damaged worktop, although they seem to accept that the appliance leg was damaged during the visit. By the way, they only have one engineer covering the north west area, you may find other reviews that mention this region. Finally, what I expect now is that they will attach the standard reply that appends almost all 1 star reviews. We are making a complaint to Trading Standards, if Trading Standards receive enough complaints they will investigate this firm.
