A high Standard

I purchased my latest car from Group 1 (A22)
The car was prepped and and serviced with a very good standard. The staff were all easy to deal with and very helpful. I'd be very happy to do future business with them. This review written 2 months after my purchase.

Very happy with this purchase. It feels very firm but the results speak volumes , waking up refreshed after a good nights sleep . Big thank you to all at Sealy. Have had mattress 2-3 months now and as happy as day it was purchased

No "pressure selling." Staff are very happy to help , & give you space. Very happy with my new mattress.

Delivery was very good Right day and on time. The two delivery men were careful and respectful during their "manoeuvres"

Brighton store demo on Cambridge Audio Headphone Amp I had pre booked a 3.00pm time slot few days in advance. Arrived on time and got left to my own devices with no sales help. Rubbish "service"

I was truly sorry to read your comments and have since investigated with the branch. Whilst they did leave you to listen to the system unattended, after taking you to the demo room and explaining the system to you, this was in a genuine attempt to give you time to listen to it undisturbed. My apologies for any miscommunication of course.

I understand you chose not to go ahead with the purchase due to the pre amp having no tone controls, and there being no suitable alternative that did within that price range. Thank you however for taking our call, I do hope you can see from the overwhelmingly positive reviews we receive on Trustpilot that these problems are indeed rare.

Great service

What made it great was good old fashioned customer service. Remember that ? Well you do .... but lots of companies are forgetting about it.

I was able to go local (Eastbourne) and speak to a very nice helpful lady , explain what i wanted and everything was done. Not everyone can do technology.

Not interested in answering customer…

Not interested in answering customer enquires regarding domestic sales. two different occasions have tried to find stockist , this time I have to find one of their competitors as need to top up engine oil and my usual supplier has stopped sales....... Maybe they couldn't get any either.

"Customer Service" is terrible

My Miele Washing Machine had a fault on day 1.
It took nearly 3 months to sort out , and that was only because the shop replaced with a new Bosch Machine.

Miele's Customer Service was really poor , with several appointments not honoured.

All's well that ends well.

I found DB Domestics to be always polite.
I purchased my Miele Washing machine late Sept and it had a fault. It took until mid Dec to sort it out. Most of this was Miele dragging their feet and being awkward/incompetent. DB Domestics fully resolved things to my satisfaction and for this I am pleased.

Overall very pleased as a first time customer. Quick and efficient and web site showed me easily what I wanted to find. 1 star dropped as I would have been much happier with a strong box as opposed to just a bag and bubble wrap to protect my purchase.
