A thorough and successful PowerFlush

Our central heating pipes are under concrete floors so we are delighted that Premier's engineer successfully removed all blockages and was able to re-balance the system by painstaking use of a PowerFlush on the system and each of our 12 radiators. All without causing a burst pipe! Their professional methods are why we have been their customers for over 30 years.

Gift Delivery Tracking System Not Fit for Purpose

The christmas delivery system is not fit for purpose. It needs a user friendly tester to see it from the customers' points of view (sender and receiver). We have sent gifts to three other households. All the progress emails come to the sender when it is the receiver who needs updates. I have had an email saying 'could not deliver' AFTER one saying it has been delivered. I have had emails without saying which order it refers to. I don't think you and Royal Mail are working together. Please don't use your robot to give your identical reply asking for details to be sent to you just so someone can claim you respond to complaints quickly. Shape up or lose customers. Your chocolates on the other hand are to die for!
Thanks for the non robot reply. Our gifts got through but one family had to collect from the post office even though we had given you their contact details. I hope your planners will be able to improve the process for us all - at least for next year.
