RUN FAR AWAY! FOUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

FOUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I requested a refund because their "avoid waiting in line convenience" service did not get me through to the CA EDD in a timely manner.

When I placed the order, there was no advisory listing "cut off" times to guarantee best results.

I'm sure their business model works for most -- but when I am told by a snooty company representative "We don't guarantee our service!!" -- then I am compelled to respond and share my negative experience!

Claimyr says their service is not guaranteed even if they do not perform -- They refused to refund after not completing the call on the agreed upon date.

Sherrie, I am the CEO of Claimyr. You placed an order for a callback at 4pm - an hour before EDD closed. You sent you a call the next day at 8:55 am, which you missed. In addition we offered you 10 additional callbacks for free.

If you still wish to reach the EDD, simply respond YES to the SMS to get a free callback.

We have zero control over when the EDD decides to answer calls. There is nowhere on the website of an "agreed upon date" since would be impossible to fulfill since the EDD's answer rate is very volatile.

We do guarantee a call with an agent, so long as you use the callbacks we provide. We cannot guarantee WHEN you get a callback however, since we are not in control of the EDD.

DO NOT USE BITTREX!!

DO NOT USE BITTREX! Their Customer Service department is incompetent and unprofessional. Every time I need to make a change to my account, I waste huge blocks of time emailing my Driver's License and selfies.

I purchased a new phone and migrated all of my apps over to my new phone. The only crypto app that gave me issues was BITTREX. They refused to disable my 2FA even after I provided identification.

I haven't purchased any crypto via BITTREX in over a year because of their draconian Customer Relations team.

I already know that closing my account will be difficult. Definitely will be de-activating my account once it's UNLOCKED!!

Horrible, horrible customer service. No one speaks Americanized English

Up until a week ago, my crypto.com experience was extremely positive. I was purchasing crypto almost every day with my debit card with no issues. Then last week I got several declines in a row. I contacted my bank and was informed that the address crypto.com was submitting was incorrect. I contacted crypto.com and tried to get my address updated. A lazy Customer Service Rep named Lawrance treated me like I was a cold sore and told me to use a different card or open a Fiat Wallet. I asked him for the steps to get my address updated. He advised me to just "wait a few days". (as if the card would reset itself and my problem would magically disappear).

Neither of those options would solve my "address on file" issue but like a crypto.com sheeple, I waited a week and tried to use my card again and AGAIN my bank declined the transaction due to an incorrect address.

On to Plan B where I tried to open a Fiat Wallet and received a denial email from crypto.com. Guess why? They were unable to verify my address!!

Tonight I wasted over an hour with another rep, Tilly who kept telling me to just send my identification via the app. When I showed her that the links to upload your ID for account identification were broken, her advice was to "just use the app" "Don't use the links". Moreover, this functionality was for new accounts, not current customers.

Crypto.com spent millions of dollars to put their name on a sporting arena but have no one on their staff who knows how to troubleshoot or speaks English as their 1st language. Horrible, horrible customer service! I'm sticking with U.S. based exchanges!!

** UPDATE: I have submitted the documentation that Customer Service requested and the issue still has not been corrected. ** I'm just bounced around from one representative to another. A complete waste of time!! **
