RUN FAR AWAY! FOUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
FOUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I requested a refund because their "avoid waiting in line convenience" service did not get me through to the CA EDD in a timely manner.
When I placed the order, there was no advisory listing "cut off" times to guarantee best results.
I'm sure their business model works for most -- but when I am told by a snooty company representative "We don't guarantee our service!!" -- then I am compelled to respond and share my negative experience!
Claimyr says their service is not guaranteed even if they do not perform -- They refused to refund after not completing the call on the agreed upon date.
