Getting better

I’ve been renting a property for about a year, and honestly, I was initially going to give a low rating. For most of my tenancy, it was extremely frustrating to get hold of anyone to report issues or ask questions. It felt nearly impossible to speak with a building manager or have my requests actioned by the right contractor or team.

Fortunately, I’ve noticed a positive change recently. I can now reach someone more easily to report problems and receive updates, which is a big improvement. I only wish this level of service had been provided from the beginning, as consistent communication should be a basic standard in property management.

That said, I appreciate the progress and truly hope this higher level of service continues. Better late than never.

Useful service.

Unfortunately had to use the service a couple of times and it actually brought results. It is weird that the businesses didn't reply to my emails sent directly to them but they responded to my case on resolver. Manage to resolve the issues and get refunds.

Definitely an method worth trying if you are struggling to resolve a dispute with a business.

Easy to use with clear layout and good follow ups.

I was very impressed with the professional service from S3 Maintenance. They handled the issues at my property quickly and efficiently, with no delays or complications. The staff were friendly, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed to a high standard, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I've been with Three for a number of…

I've been with Three for a number of years and switched between different deals from contract to PAYG and vice versa with no issue. Customer service always responded to my queries in a timely manner. Didn't have any problem with the signal either though live in London so should be fully covered with any network.
Their website is fairly easy to navigate to find the right deal for you.

I've used Klook a number of times in…

I've used Klook a number of times in different countries with no issue. Recently I booked a trip to Dubai Aquarium with them but didn't realise it needed 24 hrs to confirm the entry (as it included penguin encounter which is at a set time). I contacted Klook 2 hours before the entry to the venue asking if they could speed up the confirmation even though the 24hours haven't passed yet. They quickly acted and contacted their supplier who confirmed the ticket and even called me to check if I received the entry tickets.
Overall very happy.
The only thing I'd improve is the fact the chat with customer service may disconnect and you'll lose the whole convo and have to repeat it.
