A big thank you to Tom and the team at S3 Maintenance Services Ltd! They were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient — coming out to fix our issues on the very same day we reported them. They quickly sorted the heater, repaired doors, found missing keys, and changed the locks with great care and attention. Their prompt response and positive attitude made our move so much easier. We really appreciate their excellent service!

Jakub is genuinely amazing, anytime we have an issue he’s there in no time to help out, today we had a leak, quite a bad one & he was here within the hour and within 2 hours it was fixed! Amazing work can’t thank him and his team enough !

Pawel is a nice guy and has a good sense of humour - fixed my window and always eager to give tips and advice for living in the flat and the maintenance.

Pawel and Thomas came to fix my balcony door this afternoon. They were super friendly, and got the job done with ease and very quickly. Excellent service.

Excellent service from Thomas! Since I moved in, he has helped me fix so many things in my flat, from the stove and fridge to the water boiler! He always shows up on time and fixes everything up as soon as he can. Every time he visits, he is making sure everything in my flat works well. Even the water boiler issue was a bit tricky; instead of letting me wait for another 7 days, they found another solution to fix it up on the day. They well understand some flat issues can really bother people's lives, and they do what they can most. The communication went well too. I just need to raise the ticket, and then they would do everything else. Excellent service, and I highly recommend!
