I've recently converted to Bower Collective laundry liquid and I'm very happy I did. The refillable bottles are great and I love that the pouches are returned and reused. I use both the bio and non-bio, both are just as good at cleaning as any other brand I've used previously, plus they smell way nicer.

Probably about the fourth Itison offer we've snapped up. Every one has been great (especially a stay at The Scholar Hotel) and we're looking forward to our lunch/dinner at Harajuku Kitchen, which we already know and love. It's an easy process to buy and use the vouchers, and has enabled us to treat family and friends.

This brand popped up on Instagram and I thought the jeans looked good but didn't know anything about the company. I looked them up on Trustpilot and decided to give them a go, ordering a pair of the rolled-hem wide leg jeans in Blue Spruce Denim. I'm size 12/14, 5ft 7in tall, and ordered size M (Tall). They arrived within a few days (I was kept up-to-date with emails) and I'm so pleased with them - they fit perfectly, are incredibly comfortable, wash well and look great. So pleased, in fact, that I ordered two more pairs (the same again in beige denim and the High-Waisted Multiple Pockets Baggy Wide Leg in Frost Blue Denim) as they're better value when buying more than one pair. They look like jeans but feel like leggings and I'll be wearing them a lot.

I've been using AKT London deodorant balm for a while now and love it for how well it works, how nice it feels to use and how delightful it smells (Orange Grove, though I've tried the Discovery Set and they all smell lovely).
My most recent tube had a faulty cap and was leaking, so I contacted their Front of House team and almost immediately received a reply from Matthew. He was so helpful and I couldn't believe it when the next day I received a complimentary replacement balm in the post. Thank you very much AKT London!

I ordered the Trekmates Unisex Thaw Gloves as a gift. Impressed that they arrived the next day, and hoping the recipient will love them as much as I do - wish I'd ordered two pairs. They seem very cosy and are really soft, easy to stuff in your pocket if your hands get a bit too warm. There's even a little bag to tuck them in and keep them together when you're not wearing them.

I had several parcels to drop off for delivery and one of them didn't register properly when I closed the locker door. I couldn't open it and ended up phoning InPost, and the person I spoke to was so helpful, opening the door for me to retrieve the parcel and start again. Unfortunately, every time I tried again to drop off the parcel the only door available was the dodgy one, so I ended up taking my parcel elsewhere, but that's the first time that's happened and I've used the lockers many times.
