All of a sudden, it's radio silence from Graded Green their Web Chat has dissapeared, and despite many attempts to contact then via WhatsApp, the online contact form, and email, I cannot get an update on an order from 31/11/2024 that still hasn't been dispatched. Emails to their support email address get bounced as undeliverable. Their site is still taking orders, though!

My past experiences with them have been great amd I always found their products of good quality, and any queries where quickly dealt with. However, like others here I am now fearing thae worst and that I have lost over £100.

I've ordered, and recommended friends order, several items over the past few years from the odd hard drive, to full PCs.

Not once, in all that time, has box failed in any way. Service has been quick, efficient, and when promised.
