Always easy to use.

Always easy to use and whilst a boring subject, the investment on their website must be phenomenal. Nothing comes close to helping you navigate to the right part, everytime, without having to have any knowledge whatsoever. A remarkable company and they deserve their success.

Could not have been nicer.

Could not have been nicer.

Cracked screen due to heat which delayed the MOT booked and meant the car could not be used for 3 days. This prevented a trip to see my very ill father.

Called Autoglass and they could not have been nicer. No drama, very professional and a booking brought forward by several days. Very straight-forward and I would not have blamed them for being unable to do this job due to lack of parts, which is not their fault anyway.

Sourced parts, changed booking, confirmed. Excellent work and I would not go elsewhere in the future.

Appalling company and incredibly lazy.

Appalling company and incredibly lazy. As you can read in many, many other 1 star comments (which I urge you to read), their response is awful and totally uncaring. If you have a flawless CV that they believe can be easily placed, they will talk to you and take the easy fee, if it requires any kind of work or effort, forget about it, you'll never hear from them no matter how many times you try to contact them. The most unprofessional recruitment agency by some margin and this reputation is very well earned. This is my experience across several Michael Page offices.

Poor Customer Support

Products are decent but the customer support is awful. Long waiting times and even if you do get through, you will not understand a word that is being said. It is all offshore and impossible to understand because of the accents, which makes you feel really bad. I had to try 8 times and even then, had no idea what we agreed upon so had to give up. I asked others to try, the same result.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - A CON.

After a year, they still have not contacted me. What they did do is try to remove 1 star reviews claiming that I was not a customer, so I had to verify it, which I did. So they CAN contact people when it suits them.

They are nothing other than an algorithm with no real resource. This means that when things go well (which is the rental company handling the booking, not their referral) then it is fine. When things go wrong, they shut up shop and ignore you, you lose your money and they make it impossible top contact them. Phones on divert to messages, no details on website, deliberately tough so you give up.

Even the rental companies say they are not professional and don't like working with them as they are so poor at customer service, but hey, money is money, so they take the business.

Do not use.

Do not use.

They are okay if everything goes well (rarely) but when it does not (inevitably) you will not get any service from them and you will lose your money. The hire car companies do not like them because of this and often they con people out of money.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID

My plane was delayed and when we reached the desk they said they had cancelled the entire policy. This cost us an additional £1,000 to get a new car through someone else. No phone number or emails of the rental company provided did not work. In short, we had no way either of contacting the broker, CarJet, or the hire company so lost the booking through no fault of our own. We wanted to inform them of the delay so they could hold the car.

We did call, at great expense, all numbers provided to us, and received no answers as no one answered, only recorded messages stating that the office was closed (it wasn't).

The rental company tried to charge us an additional £600 to ge the same car we had already booked, but 2 days after we had arrived. CarJet would not help AND they sold us additional insurance.

We attempted to change the booking on the CarJet website and were not permitted to do so. We did not actually want to change the booking, just inform them of our later arrival, and the hire company was still open so it make no difference to them. The rental company people on the desk stated 'they are useless and we do not like working with them, no one does, you will never see your money again.'

We can't even contact them now. We will be taking legal action against them.

Avoid at all costs. It is cheap but a great gamble. If it works, well done, if it does not, you will lose everything. Awful service and not reputable.

AVOID - RIP OFF COMPANY

We called continually and only received a recorded message stating that the office was closed and it was outside office hours. Both were not true. They were open and the phones worked, we just could not get past the recorded message.

All we wanted to do was warn them of our late arrival due to a cancelled flight. They cancelled the booking and let our car go. They did not even contact us to say they had done this.

In short, we did everything we could, they did nothing and when we arrived, they offered us another car 1,000 Euros more expensive. Refusing even to deduct the money we had already paid.

If their phone lines had been working, it would have been no issue, so entirely their fault as we could have warned them we were still arriving. There was nothing more we could do, so directly their fault.

They are not interested in helping. Avoid as the service is not there.

Address Missed

Driver could not find the house which was not true because DPD deliver there all the time, every week, and it is the only house - right next to the road. With a large sign. Sounds more likely the driver did not try. Arrived the next day with a different driver no issue.
