Avoid this company especially with a family group
I booked an airport taxi for 9 people to Manchester airport on the morning 3am instead of the minibus paid for, Booking sent a family car with an Uber sticker on the side and the driver said not to worry the minibus was on its way . He wanted to take just our luggage and meet us at the airport. We refused for obvious reasons & 2 adults accompanied the luggage. It was now 15mins after the collection time. I rang the taxi provider who assured me it was coming. We were extremely anxious as our group had 3 young children which necessitated splitting the group. When the minibus did arrive it was a 9 seater so had we followed the first drivers instruction and only sent our luggage with him one person would have not been able to travel as the driver was the 9th person!!
The return journey was exactly the same from the airport two drivers messaging & ringing with 2 separate pick up points.
When a complaint was submitted to Booking.com they disregarded the complaint & asserted that they had supplied the one vehicle paid for ignoring the fact that 2 were provided. We had such a bad experience that Booking will not be used in the future.
