Paid £70+ for items from Savers

Paid £70+ for items from Savers. Evri the delivery service they used have only delivered 5 of the 24 items paid for. When contacted Savers responded that Evri had the package, no offer to chase them, no offer for a refund, just Evri will be in touch. Why has customer service evaporated in 2025?

Evri has spent two days not delivering…

Evri has spent two days not delivering a parcel. They sent a message saying it was delayed. That it would be delivered today. If we did not hear by 4pm to contact them and have raised the third ticket in two days. The goods have been paid for, they managed to deliver 5 items, 19 items are missing. This is terrible customer service. Why do companies keep using Evri?

Diabolical

Diabolical. Told to apply for single council tax discount after waiting 40 minutes on the phone. Applying online, entered, acct reference, email for e billing - I don't do e billing but this is the email they have on record, no where to enter do not do e billing, telephone number, amount of council tax paid and due date then surname. It will not let me authenticate my account. But does not show which tab is incorrect and the page has no help or information tabs. Useful bloody LBHF strikes again. I literally get anxiety when I have to deal with this council. Absolutely appalling service. Now I have to call again and I hate talking with them. No helpful FAQ's just a really inefficiently run council. I have lived in the borough for 40 years and it has not improved one iota. Exhausted and sick of LBHF.

I love Freshskin

I love Freshskin, affordable, prompt and easy ordering. Please improve stock range, yiu have things I really want but are not available. Please try getting bigger bottles instead many smaller sizes to make up bulk purchases. Still love you. Great value for money too.

Annual gas check and wasted appointments and calls

I had my annual gas check. 33rd year. Gas repair person came, was sullen not talkative. Then said that the flue was not compliant. Proceeded to put a red notice on the boiler (less than 10 years old). I asked if I could still use it, he said "yes, carry on using it" He said he was covering. I said 'covering for your company' he said "covering himself". I asked what I should do, he said still use the boiler with a red notice. I said I have a child and I am worried about this, he said it "was not his problem someone would be in touch", asked me quickly to sign his form and left. I noticed he had written I had refused to allow him to isolate the boiler - which was a complete lie, he had encouraged me to use it. We used the neighbours shower as we were worried. Have had 2 subsequent visits, one to check (look out of my window). I informed them that if they needed to replace the flue then they would need to organise access into the garden with the neighbours. I live on the top floor. I was assured this would be done. Another visit - young man how explained he did not want to do the job, was tired, left for an hour to have lunch, did not have access, read out the information from the original worker and read out the lie that I refused to allow him to isolate the boiler. I told him, this is not true, I am worried about this. This young man, screwed up the red notice in front of me and told me it was nonsense and did not know why he had done it. I asked him if he knew if the abseiling workmen have access, he said he did not and would go and try and find them. My neighbour and I ran around trying to find access, the worker was keen to leave. And eventually said he had been there too long. (He had a longer lunch and made no effort to find access). I called the council a few weeks later and asked them what was going on as we still have the red notice. The next day we received a voice message stating they were coming out. I rang to rearrange the time (I work), I asked if they had arranged access to the garden. And the gentleman on the phone said he would wait to schedule it as yet again they had no secured this access. I found out the number of the person for garden access. Called again a today, spoke to the same gentleman, his initial response was I can see that the job is booked. When I replied you cancelled it due to lack of Morgan Sindall obtaining garden access, he stuttered and agreed. I explained that the second gas check letter I received today had the lie that I refused to isolate the boiler - He said nothing to do with me, I will pass on, talking over me not listening. I am disgusted with the attitude of the workers that visit tenants. I have never had someone lie on documentation many times about me having lived here for 33 years. Without tenants Morgan Sandal, would not have such a huge contract with the council. A little more respect for people's homes, the fact we can work and live in social housing and also, treat us with basic customer care. Very inefficient and disorganised.

The perfume arrived quickly and the…

The perfume arrived quickly and the products were good - Rihanna body mist and a box set. I would not buy more expensive perfume as they do not guarantee it. But for body mists and celebrity or Victoria Secret products they are excellent.

We oredered after 2pm for next day

We oredered after 2pm for next day. We received the goods with an hour time slot 2 days later. All products were there. Some prices slightly higher than the stores but the convenience of the delivery is worth it.

Amazing value, prompt service, great service

I was super nervous to use Perfume Click, read the reviews, did a small order, prompt delivery, packaged well, real deal. Did a second order for Christmas presents - same thing, prompt delivery, packaged really well and authentic products. I love this store! Would definitely recommend. And fantastic prices - better than duty free! I love perfume so this ticks all the boxes. Thanks for being such a great service straight off the bat.
