Bookowanie lotu to porażka, doliczają jakieś dziwne opłaty, oczywiście kwota podana w PLN, ale z konta pobierają w EURO, więc dochodzi duże przewalutowanie. Do tego czekałam ponad 3 dni na potwierdzenie, gdzie u innych zazwyczaj trwa to kilka minut. Oferty mają też jedne z droższych. Nie polecam, warto sprawdzać oferty u innych dostawców!

Szkoda, że nie można dać 0. Nic nie da się załatwić przez infolinię, po dodzwonieniu się wrzucają cały czas na hold i po 20 minutach zrzucają połączenie!! Obsługa klienta w my trip to żenada...stracone pieniądze 1800 pln!
