APEX GOGGLES

APEX GOGGLES – MY EYES HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY

So, where do I begin? Probably at the point where I put these Apex Goggles on and immediately became 35% cooler and 87% more stylish. I swear, people in Morzine were looking at me like I’d just descended from Mount Olympus with ski poles and fashion sense.

Not only is the customer service awesome (I half expected them to send me a handwritten poem with my order), but the product itself? Chef’s kiss. I tested these bad boys for 7 full days in Morzine. That’s 7 days of rain, sun, sweat, wind, and possibly questionable après-ski dancing. And guess what? Not. A. Single. Scratch.

Fog? Sure, if you’re sweating like you’ve just sprinted up the Alps while wearing three layers and a backpack full of cheese – but even then, after a few turns, the fog magically vanishes like a bad Tinder date. It’s wizardry, I tell you.

Let’s talk design – sleek, sharp, and so stylish I’m surprised Vogue hasn’t done a winter shoot with them yet. The fit is perfect, the performance is top-tier, and I’m convinced I rode faster just because my goggles looked that good.

Seriously, I cannot recommend these enough. Your face deserves this level of luxury. Apex – you’ve officially ruined all other goggles for me. Bravo. 👏🏂🕶️

These people are unique

These people are unique
I purchase a set of googles and the delivery was nowhere to be found, i got a call and they did their best to help, they even suggested sending another set priority delivery so I could get a set asap for my trip.
very friendly, very professional and very stylish and beautiful.

I have not tried them on the trails yet but once I do I will give full feedback, planning to take them to Morzine for a week so plenty of testing

Harassment and threats

This people are one of the worse insurance companies in regards to customer service
Constant harassment and threats when the error is at their end
Support is very poor I am absolutely shocked

Shocking

Shocking service

I purchased a race team Santacruz megatower paying £4.850 for it
I received the bike full of dirt nor even cleaned at all, the dropper post didn’t work, the forks damage on the lower legs is unreal and in need of service.

I understand these bikes will show some use but for that price I would assume it would have been in better condition.

This is the second Santacruz I owned and I will never ever buy from this people again.

I did receive a call to tell me that they check and it was alright, of course they wouldn’t have said they checked it was terrible but they decided to send it like that anyway.


It is a shame for a Santacruz reseller to tarnish its reputation in such a way.

Well, one less customer what a disappointment.

We're sorry that you feel this way. In response, we'd like to point out that the bike had been fully stripped down and serviced before being listed for sale. It was definitely clean.

The bike was being sold off at half it's original retail price, due to the fact it'd been raced by a member of our team. It was priced fairly. The fork had some scuffs to the lowers, which were visible in the pictures on the website.

We agreed to take the bike back, you advised us it hadn't been ridden in your ownership. We arranged the courier to collect. When we finally received the bike back (you made it difficult for the courier to collect), it had a BIKE PARK WALES ticket attached to it, which meant that you'd not only ridden the bike, but taken it to a downhill bike park! You also insufficiently packaged the bike, so that in transit, the bike came out of the packaging, causing damage to the fork lowers

After some issues they made it right

I had my bike serviced and it was great, then i had a new frame rebuilt it was ok.
then I had a not so great experience which i got very annoyed with some of the advisories and charges, I must say the customer service was great, the problem was resolved and they refunded some of the excess charges.

I spoke with someone incharge where i suggested to look the job as a whole rather than charge bit individual bits as of all of them were a new job, as this will make a lot of people uncomfortable.

Happy with the job carreid out
