Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I have had to leave the home I was living in for 12 years due to domestic violence. It has taken me time to establish myself, I am missing parcels from MakeBox that they are refusing to replace. I have spent over £150 on nothing, I am shocked by their lack of care. Please be careful.

No customer service help

No customer service help, I want to speak to a human, I ordered these vouchers and want to use them today for lift109, there are lots of times available on their website yet Virgin say there are no spaces available until next month - really disappointing especially as I can not speak to someone to get help just speaking to a bot, I won't use these vouchers again.

It is industry standard that our suppliers only have certain voucher allocation per day where they can accept vouchers - this is why the supplier may show direct availability on their website, but then when coming to use your voucher, the dates may change ever so slightly depending on their voucher allocations they have left for that specific date.

Don't forget with our vouchers, we do hold a 30 day refund period on un-booked/ un-used vouchers, so you would be able to request a refund back onto the orginial payment method/s to then book direct if you wished to do so - Chantelle.

The boxes are lovely but I find it…

The boxes are lovely but I find it incredibly frustrating not being able to speak to a real person when I have problems with my orders.I would like to be able to call and speak to a real person rather than chat on chatbot and sometimes wait hours and hours to get a reply. I still have no idea whether I am now up to date with my orders and have received everything I have paid for.

I am sorry you are finding it tricky to get a hold of us, I can assure you there is no chat bot, it is just me (Elle) in the customer service team for MakeBox and I am across both the email address info@makebox.co and the messenger platform. I always try and reply to every message and email within 2 business days but it might be slightly more delayed in the busy festive period.
