Review of WHSmith
Paid more for pre ordered book and didn’t get free book
Paid £11 for book to be delivered to local store. When we collected saw that the same book was £10 with a different book given free if not pre ordered. We asked if we could be given the free book but we’re told it was only for those who purchased in store. We won’t pre order from WHS again.
