I have written of my experience with Advanced System Repair below and it was not a pleasant experience.
A pleasant surprise arrived today with a resolution to all my concerns. The program is very good and seemingly does what is required of it. If you are updating a licence and you can't banish the "Expired" notice you have the same problem I had and only this company can help unless you can engage your telco.

I have had Advanced System Repair for several years and it's worked well. Suddenly it advised me that the licence was expired ! Strange ! It was supposed to be a one off payment. So I ticked all the boxes to acquire a new licence and the program offered a new licence. On attempting the new activation the program simply threw up a Licence Expired notice past which one could not go. Thinking that the payment had experienced a glitch I went through it all again. Same result !!! So I got onto Live Chat and eventually got an email stating that no payments were made associated with my email. Odd, because my card company told me the payments were pending. They remained in that state for a week and eventually turned up on my Card statement. I sent a scan of that statement to the company and received SILENCE. Apparently my telco regards the website address to which this program communicates as dangerous and will not allow any transfer of data to it. So any Aussie buyers beware !!! You will lose your money and get no useful help. Scandalous !
