The engineer was very polite but my only gripe is that usually on a gas safety check they would check the smoke alarms and the carbon dioxide detector this wasn't the case this should be conducted by Liberty on the behalf of Wigan Council once a year when the gas safety check is completed.

Hi I have been a member for around 8 years and have loved playing on this site asked to send documents in so I can deposit so I sent my driving licence passport and wage slips 4 weeks ago still these haven’t been verified emailed Costa 5 times and just keeped being told that these will be looked at then this last time told me to send my driving licence and passport this is why it’s not been verified but I already have !!!! So where have my documents gone ? This is very worrying!!! So anyway I re sent the documents that Costa asked for and still can’t deposit you have really let me down Costa especially as I have been a loyal customer for years !!!!
