Booked 48 hours before to take to a hospital appointment. 45 minutes after pick up time until a driver was assigned then would be another 15 minutes. I would never use them again. Phoned after waiting 20 minutes and they didn't care. Not interested in helping at all.
Queued at Customer serice/click and collect point to be told only customer service and to wait for lady next to her. Waited 20 minutes whilst she dealt with one customer as couldn't find their order. Asked if another staff member could help as lots of staff standing around but no they couldn't. I'm usually very understanding of retail staff but will never use click and collect again. It wasn't even very busy.
