The difference a good advisor makes

As with all service companies the experience is as good as the personnel who staff it.
We have been fortunate enough with Convera to have a staff member at the end of the phone who not only is efficient but a pleasure to deal with.
Any company having their phones manned by staff members like Claire Knowles could not fail to be successful. We have repeatedly been wooed by other currency traders but would not consider leaving Convera for as long as someone as open, honest and cheerful as Claire deals on our behalf. A good training model for others we would suggest.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Because the delivery address is slightly more effort than most the driver repeatedly decided to return the parcel to depot rather than making the delivery. Unbelievable considering DPD had accepted payment to make the delivery and yet no attempt was made to complete this contractual obligation.
Yet another case of Big Bully in the playground doing what they will with total disregard to others
