They overbooked their service, causing delays for EVERYONE

I appreciate that there was probably an unprecedented demand for tests on the days around the day I booked mine, but its quite frankly unacceptable that you would over-book so much that every person getting a test was at least an hour late.

I was an hour late to my appointment and the queue was double the length of when i started when I left.

People book these tests to coincide with their flights and many cant check in until they have the result. Its not a case of too much demand. you have control over demand.

What your company did was book in more tests than it could handle (knowingly) just so that they could make more money at the expense of the service that you were supposed to provide.

Absolutely unacceptable. Profit over service.

Hi Simon, Thank you for your comments. We are aware of a technical issue which resulted in overbooking at some of our test sites and therefore led to queuing and delays. I can assure this was rectified as quickly as possible and the staff on site endeavoured to accommodate all customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
