Worst customer support service
Terrible service. I purchased on the website (Ireland) without having an account. After that, I created an account using my Google account, using the same email used on my purchase, right after I concluded my order. When I access my recently created account, I cannot find any orders in my order history. I created a ticket with the contact form explaining the issue. I received what looks like an automatic email asking to use the privacy contact channel through an online form, as they understood that it was related to my account permission. Within less than 5 minutes, I received an automatic reply saying that my ticket was closed. When I tried to use the privacy contact form, I got an error where the page was not loading. I could not reply to the ticket because it was closed without my consent. I had to open a new ticket explaining the issue again and explaining that the form was not working. I received that same exact response to use the privacy contact channel with the same link to a form, and again, the ticket was closed without my consent within less than 5 minutes. I could open the form this time. I filled in the information. Now I received a response from the privacy channel saying to contact the original support channel that had previously forwarded me to them.

I had issues with a local carrier that were quickly solved when contacted the customer service. Once the product arrived, it attended 100% of the expectation.

Missing product and not refunded
My order did not come with one of my purchased products and when asked, they mentioned that it was missed during the pickup process. They mentioned that they would send separately. Later on, when asked again, they mentioned that the product was out of stock and start the refund process. Almost 4 weeks later no signal of the refund.
