If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would!
Fake counterfeit cheap clothes nothing like pictures and terrible quality. Couldn’t cancel order.
Costs a fortune to return and they try to convince you to have a discount instead, I insisted on a return. Returns cost about £30 plus they want you to pay the customs charge which they won’t prove the amount and just want to deduct off the refund. Avoid this company at all costs- massive scam and I’m taking it up with fraud department with my bank.

returns are not easy!

hi i need to return the product as i ordered the wrong size, i sent a email enquiry stright away as soon as i recieved it and followed the return procedure and then heard nothing? can i return the item?

They sent the wrong coloured radiator

They sent the wrong coloured radiator, after taking a few days to reply to my email, instead of offering a swap immediately, they requested photo after photo. In the end admitting it would take at least a month to replace, by which would have been too late. Would have been better to have been warned about long turn around times at the point of order, or at the point of spotting an issue. They seemed to have done everything possible to avoid exchange.

Please be advised we do state on our website the painted radiators have a longer lead time of 5-20 working days, however I am sorry if you weren't aware of this.
