I signed up with toob Sept 2023 (as soon as they were available). I've been with VM for 14+ years and during that time it was the best value service I could get, but having true FTTP (fibre) was a no brainer for me. To date I've only had to deal with toob once and they dealt with my query amazingly well. Otherwise my service has been meeting my expectations and I haven't needed to speak with toob which makes me happy.

Purchased a Stainless Back Box for a Porsche Boxster 986 2.7 to replace a crusty and blowing original back box. I had heard reports of these types of back boxes having a drone, but I didn't hear it all even having done a few good trips on the motorways. Was straight forward fit with no realignment complications and it sounded amazing, I will definitely be shopping here again.

Extremely happy with my wheels, took me a long time to decide as the selection is massive but once I ordered the wheels were delivered quickly and communication from Wheel Base was second to none, from everything to ensuring my TPMS was accounted for to putting right the smallest of issue post sales.

*** UPDATED *** Great prices for quality products. Customer service is second to none, we had an issue with DX delivering to the wrong address but that’s not Blinds Direct issue however after getting nowhere with DX Blinds Direct we’re completely transparent about the error and arrange for it to get to me the next day.

Got our blinds and we got the sizing wrong on one of them - luckily we purchased the Surefit protection and a quick phone call later a replacement was sorted and ordered.

Only because we moved house did we need some more.

Ticket platform is fine, UI is ok and seems to work fine.

Marked down as spammed at the end to signup for a scam scheme that would give me £16. A professional platform that is charging a fee really shouldn’t cash in from these scams as well.
