Customer service is second to none, we had an issue with DX delivering to the wrong address but that’s not Blinds Direct issue however after getting nowhere with DX Blinds Direct we’re completely transparent about the error and arrange for it to get to me the next day.

Got our blinds and we got the sizing wrong on one of them - luckily we purchased the Surefit protection and a quick phone call later a replacement was sorted and ordered.
