Great quality products and great support too. I had one of their phone cases for around 6 months and it started to peel/ degrade on one of the corners, I had a replacement shipped to me straight away, no questions asked. I will be purchasing more products from them.
My only critique is that the shipping can be quite slow, but worth the wait

Good price offered for a Nintendo switch (£165 with a 10% increase voucher code). Once they’d received the switch, I was given no explanation other than “faulty” and the new offer was £13.50.
After emailing music magpie, the reason for this is the kickstand was apparently faulty. It was just a little loose.
I rejected the offer on the grounds that it is a £3.00 part that takes 5 minutes to replace. And once I’d received my Nintendo switch back, it was replaced and sent back to music magpie and I did receive £165.
Such a huge reduction was not warranted for such a small issue. Not to mention speaking to music magpie on the phone has cost me £10 on my phone bill (the phone number has a connection charge and is a premium rate line).
I got my £165 but it was not easy to do.

Please note, if an item is found to have a hardware fault (such as a loose stand), our technicians will revise their offer to reflect refurbishment, parts, storage and processing costs. We appreciate that customers may be unhappy with their regrades which is why we allow you to decline our offers and have the device in question returned, free of charge.
We do not currently have a phoneline for Store and Sell orders. I can see that you called our Head Office and our Customer Service team contacted you regarding this once notified. We are looking to reintroduce general phonelines for these matters in future. Our team are however available to contact via email and live chat.
