Ordered three book by the same author. They were easy to identify and select. simple payment process and delivery straight forward. The 3 book lot was split into 2 delivery packages but arrived a day apart. I didn't realise that purchase was being made overseas, so tracking the package was more interesting than normal.

The website is easy to navigate and the pictures specific enough for me to match a monitor cable to my new laptop port. The pictures were extremely helpful. I didn't spring for the express delivery. I followed it up after 5 working days with their customer service. They responded within 30 minutes with a note explaining standard deleivey is 2 to 8 Working days. It cleaned up my delivery expectation and it arrive WD6. Simple process.

Review of YouGov
If you do surveys to get rich, then this option isn't for you. They do provide compensation but what completing the surveys provides is the opportunity to provide direct unvarnished feedback. I have done a survey which was quoted by the government a few weeks later in the press. They may have used this survey as it matched their needs but it means that the results are read.
